Each eMail is designed to land in the golfer's customer's in-box with the appearance that it comes from the Club Professional with high quality content to increase the appreciation that the golfer has for their Club Pro and to increase the likelihood that they will visit the store to purchase services and products.
Each eMail that lands in the customer's in-box increases that customer's appreciation of why they need to talk to their golf professional about all subjects relating to their golf.
Each eMail will contain content that subtly establishes the Club Pro as "the #1 Relationship Retailer with the greatest expertise and value to offer to the golfer."

Each website enables the golfer to review the key products in the range that the Club Professional carries (along with that Professional’s personal views), to read key articles on golf topics, to request services from the Club Professional and his / her team, to order selected items (even items not necessarily physically carried by that Club Professional).
Each website is designed again to support the marketing position of the Club Professional as "#1 Retailer with the greatest expertise and value to offer to the golfer".

Easy 'clicks' in the Emails / web to request services / product info from the Club Professional.
These requests can be tracked and monitored using a Task Management module.
Where specific customer contact takes place in the store (i.e. the sale of a new set of Irons) or on the golf course (request for an invite to the next area ProAm) these can be added as tasks with key future dates (i.e. after 6 months of the sale of a set of Irons, send an Email inviting the golfer to have his Lie Angles checked).

As well as traditional E-Commerce there is a ‘Click to Order’ module that allows customers to order product for pick up and payment with their Pro removing the major barrier to purchase – online entry of credit card details.
Products that can be ordered include stocked product, personalized product (ie logo'd golf balls), and non-stocked product (ie DVD's).
